Privacy

This page explains the limited information Spruce Engineering may receive when you visit our site, email us, or choose to schedule a conversation.

Effective August 7, 2026

Information we receive

If you email us, we receive your address and anything you choose to include in the message. Our homepage includes an embedded Calendly scheduler. When it loads, Calendly may receive technical information needed to provide the widget. If you submit a booking, Calendly collects the contact and scheduling details needed to arrange the meeting, and Spruce receives the booking information.

Our hosting provider may also process ordinary technical logs, such as an IP address, browser type, requested page, and timestamp.

How we use it

We use this information to reply to inquiries, schedule and hold conversations, evaluate potential work, maintain the site, and meet applicable operational or legal obligations.

Service providers

We may rely on providers for website hosting, email, and scheduling, as well as CookieYes for cookie consent controls. They process information for those services under their own terms. Calendly provides the scheduler embedded on our homepage; its handling of information is described in its privacy notice (opens in a new tab).

Cookies and advertising

Spruce does not use advertising cookies, sell personal information, or use it for targeted advertising. CookieYes presents the site’s cookie notice and records consent choices. Embedded Calendly content may use cookies or similar technologies under Calendly’s policies; the banner lets you manage non-essential cookie preferences.

Retention and requests

We retain correspondence and scheduling information only as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a business relationship, and satisfy operational or legal needs. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete information you provided. Some records may need to be kept where permitted or required.
